I work with vulnerable populations to protect their wishes, safety and care while navigating healthcare, family dynamics and more.

I work closely with adults between ages
18 -100 to work towards mental wellness and health. I use a strengths based approach and walk along side clients as they pursue their desired changes and outcomes.

Together with clients and families I am available for consultation. Often these visits are geared toward families dealing with an elderly person or a chronic illness. I use innovation and experience to assist families and clients in achieving comfort and understanding.
About me
My Approach
I work with clients to promote positive and desired changes. I challenge clients in their thinking patterns, use positive regard and reflective listening and am dedicated to meeting a client "where they are" in their change process. I promote tools and techniques for managing anxiety in the clients environment and work together to build confidence in the skills.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, governed by the Oregon State Board of Social Workers and am an active member of the NASW.
I have spent years working with hospice patients and their families. I have worked to integrate terminal diagnosis and grief in to the lives of those left behind as well as the patient. I have worked with grief and life transitions.

I am originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and have lived in Central Oregon since 2005. I will continue to support my community whenever and however I am able.
